Implemension is not an investment banking firm or venture capital firm. Implemension is a group of former
CEO's CFO's and other senior executives who typically have sold their company but are not ready to retire.
Implemension LLC is led by Mike Shea. Since coming to Texas in 1984, Mike has been a partner or senior executive
in three successful start-ups and two turn-arounds. He was a founding executive in MoneyMaker EFT Services/
Transfirst, one of two companies that formed what is now Affiliated Computer Systems ("ACS") and its spin-off TransFirst.
Mike was also a partner and investor in Transaction Strategies, Inc. ("TSI") which originated the electronic food stamp system
and electronic hunting and fishing license system in Texas and other states. Most recently Mike was the COO/CFO at BizNet
Software, Inc. a company formed in July, 2000 to provide financial reporting solutions and systems support for specific
financial packages. Mike was also a senior consultant in the turn-around and sale of Rubicon Laboratory Systems and the
COO and partner in Landlock Seafood Inc.
